Digital Twin

Products marked with our technology, such as primary containers, can be linked to their digital copy: the unique features of our marking systems, such as high resolution and contrast, allow us to create unique codes that are complex enough to link to a digital twin of the product, while still maintaining industrial production speeds! The physical object can therefore be digitalized and each product will have a digital twin. The digital twin can be used to connect production data directly to the individual unit, so that all process information is always connected and available. A ‘unit-level report’ can then be created for the individual object, moving from the standard ‘batch report’, with granular control of the individual unit! In addition, the digital twin can be used to provide information to the end user and during point of care, or to notify the user of any ongoing recalls.
